Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion.
