While we initially had some communications problems getting a project organized, the ServiceMaster team stepped up and made everything right including direct involvement by local senior management which we greatly appreciated. Theirs is a tough business but all's well that ends well. Thanks SM Savannah especially Deidre and Will.

I LIKED EVERYTHING!! ServiceMaster of Savannah was phenomenal. I have to give a shout out to Selena who was my professional and courteous contact person. We had multiple leaks and they placed fans where needed. They constantly checked the fans and the moisture level. When we found an additional leak, they immediately came out and placed additional fans. Well, asbestos was found in the old tiles under the carpet and ServiceMaster helped us again. ServiceMaster scheduled our pack out, which included a storage pod, and removed the carpet. They then scheduled the abatement team to come remove the tiles with the asbestos.
