The service at the counter blew me away! I cannot remember her name, but she was in all black and helped so much with my account! This employee saw that I was spending a lot at once and did her best to make sure I was getting the best deals. STELLAR service thanks to this chick! Think her name may have been Yoenn! She's the best! Was extremely professional. I have managed retail businesses and this is the kind of employee that moves up the ladder. Thank you Ulta Gainesville for the top tier service!!!
This Ulta has always been great. I came in for a new foundation, and wasn’t really sure what exactly I wanted. I left with a perfect fit! Selena was fantastic help. She stayed with me the entire time. She made sure I was going to leave satisfied, and managed to successfully help multiple others while helping me!
I have been treated very kindly every time I have been to this Ulta. I went in for a foundation but wasn’t sure what shade I was In. Thankfully I got the help I needed color matching me with the perfect foundation shade.
