I’ve been here once before and I had a great experience and I loved the job they did on my nails. My nail tech was very nice and accommodating but I wasn’t happy with what I got. My nails are crooked, I trusted the process when they were filing one side more when shaping but I was unhappy with the result. I love the color, love the flowers but not the shape. I did like, not love, my nails and the nail tech gave me what I asked for ( left them a bit thick though). However, he was rude and it was uncomfortable to ask questions or suggest how I wanted my nails. He kept getting on his phone and calling as well. I understand if it’s a family emergency but he was looking up cars. Then I wanted to double check if he was going to shape my nails like I asked and he said “ I know I know” in a rude tone. I also know nail techs will suggest different designs but he kept being rude about the design I chose. He was very rough on my cuticle and skin. I only usually go for one person and now she is gone. My polish is great but the pedicure was not done thoroughly and I was charged a different amount the usual while getting the same services I always get. Unfortunately I won’t be back.Service: Pedicures
