We ended up having to replace the kitchen floor as well as the studs. Southeast restoration helped us repair the open the flooring for the whole first floor. Since we had an open concept, they repainted the walls and worked consistently with other contractors throughout the restoration. I had a major surgery in the middle of it all and Cody was a godsend. Everyone was pretty prompt with replying to any request or questions we had about any of it.“
