“If this isn't the correct sight please notify me. From day one meeting employees from Southeast restoration was a godsend I had just gone through the worst time of my life I was basically catatonic. The first crew that came in thank the Lord they could understand hysteria they were a Saving Grace everyone I met was helpful they were calm they had compassion they had feeling they never once rushed me try to take advantage of me never was I misled I dealt with several I guess subcontractors that did different things but the day I met Benjamin Smith he was my night and Shining Armor that young man did his job and Beyond everything I wanted he did he made suggestions if it wasn't right he would say how about trying this you never tried to pull a quick one during this process I have dealt with people Insurance isn't fair thank God mine was. But meeting Ben and him walking me through this from a medicated nervous wreck the patients that man had I don't know any other person even good friends that could have done it he always had a smile on his face when I moved back in everything was upside down he even went and got me coffee and as much as I love coffee that was a big thing for me I was told when I left here when I returned everything would be put back no scratches no dents no breakage well that's not how it was and me having carpal tunnel and both hands and him helping me with boxes which are stacked to the ceiling and if I gained 2 lb I can't go down the hall to my room it's overcoming I'm just overwhelmed at what I've got to do myself but he's so gracious and thoughtful he pulls down boxes that are over both our heads nothing has been broke well not true I've had broken dishes and broken glasses but not because he dropped boxes the way it came when we opened them but I'm grateful for everything that's been done for me from Southeastern restoration all the gentlemen who came out here they were all nice polite courteous there's nothing I could ask for that wasn't done I didn't have to ask for much I mean it was just done they just took over just ask me if this is right am I okay with this is this how I want it stuff like that everything and I asked him does that look good to you does this a good color and if I didn't look good they'll tell me you know they tell me and I would pick something else but when it came down to the cabinets it's a countertops and the floor it looks so good it all matched I was so proud now if I could just find a plumber but yes I give kudos to Ben Smith and when I say a diet shining armor there's not a sweeter person out there his big smile always smiling make me feel better on my worst days and I've had some but your company is awesome you have great people there right down to Katie answering the phone and your music on hold is perfect it's very inspiring and I tell everybody who's doing my house and again if I don't ever meet any of y'all in the office face to face or in person I want to thank you again how much I appreciate your help and I think the Lord that you're the ones that got my case.Thank you again, and God Bless, Risa Lyman.“

I had to get my water heater replaced and I noticed that the baseboards where the water heater was started to separate. I pulled the baseboards back and noticed I had water damage.
