We had assessments and proposals done by three different companies for a failure in our home's exterior foundation, resulting in significant cracking of mortar and separation between the bricks on most of one side of our home. All three proposals were similar, though there was a significant difference in one of the three in terms of placement of the helical piers to be placed under our home's structure - the one from Pair Foundation Solutions. Pair Foundation Solutions did a great job on our house foundation. The final invoice was close to the initial estimate and the time required was what they expected. Their crew was polite & friendly. I recommend them highly!

I had a problem last fall and called John Pair and he met me down by lake bottom in midtown and got back to me with an estimate. He set a time to do the job showed up on time and was done in less than a week. I asked them lots of questions and they showed me how they did the process by showing me on another job they were working on. Also they gave me lots of references and the quote was very detailed so I knew what I was getting.If I have another situation I would definitely call them!!
