Melissa and Lauren were both extremely efficient, professional, and aiding in my understanding of what it is they are working on in my home. I utilized them to clean my entire ventilation system, and were more than willing to show me a live view of what our vents look like before, during, and after. I have a 2900 sq.ft. home and they were able to clean all vents and ducts, starting from the register all the way back to the HVAC, and completed this in a very reasonable time; leaving no mess or damage to our home. I would highly recommend Melissa and Lauren if you are interested in having your ducts cleaned; you will not be disappointed. One day in and my family and I have already noticed a significant difference in the air quality. Thank you both for your work in my home.

I recommend O'Neal's if you need to have your dryer vent cleaned. Melissa came out when scheduled, was in and out in about 30 minutes, cleaned up after. We are very pleased with the service.
