“I really appreciate Yani working with me to keep my car because I was behind on payments when I was pregnant. The only thing I can really complain about was not everyone was informed about our arrangement and I kept getting calls and because they saw nothing on my file to possibly be more efficient on updating files but I understand things can get hectic.
