Elexis and the whole staff was amazing. The whole process was simple and quick. Elexis explained everything including how your credit is impacted and was very personable making this experience less painful than I expected. Thank you ladies and have an amazing remainder of your time there
Unlike the previous employee at this branch Ayana Thompson showed me great customer service, she knew how to professonally talk to a customer. I would recommend to see her when coming into this branch location. I just had to take a star away due to how the previous employee talked to me when I walked in to originally see her.
