For some reason the manager has an issues with respect. I work for a company way bigger than this one and we have the upmost respect for our customers. Her name starts with a J she pushed me off the phone and was very rude . Then she tries to bait you into an argue. I have the time today and everyday about my respect and my funds. I need somebody to reach out to me or we will need to escalate this to the BBB !! This is the second time there WILL NOT BE A THIRD !!! Have a humble day united auto
from my very first phone call down to my last, Vanilla has been disrespectful to me 100%, i work customer service as well and have for yearsss, when the loan started i was paying in advanced due to my pay schedule - that seemed to have been a problem, got to a point where it’d be easy for me to pay on carpay only for them to not pull a payment i made on the app and was told i just flat didn’t make a payment since the previous which wasn’t true so i kinda needed to call to pay after that which was crazy. i emailed about some health issues which took me out of work and wanted to work out the payments, she called when she got the email which, during the 7 months of...read full review
Bad business practice and professionalism. Now know for illegal repossessions according to State of GA Repo Law. One lawsuit is filed, now there will be a second along with the BBB and whomever else see the illegal practices by this company. And to top it off, every news station investigation dept will be tipped to this business and their practices so everyone can know.
