Our Technician John was everything we could have hoped for. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and most importantly for honest. No fluff, just here's is what's wrong, this is what needs to be fixed, here's how much it costs. Based on similar experiences from this summer when our A/C went out and we called a different company I cannot say enough good things about our experience today. Service First HVAC is saved to my contacts for A/C problems from now on. Thank you guys!

We have been Service First customers for 10+ years and have always received exemplary service - both from a technician repair / installation and a customer service perspective. Their team has extensive industry and technical knowledge and they have always provided us with quick, professional, and courteous service. What I most appreciate is they always explain in simple to understand terms what is wrong, what's required to properly fix the issue, and then keep you informed as the work progresses.
