Our Technician John was everything we could have hoped for. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and most importantly for honest. No fluff, just here's is what's wrong, this is what needs to be fixed, here's how much it costs. Based on similar experiences from this summer when our A/C went out and we called a different company I cannot say enough good things about our experience today. Service First HVAC is saved to my contacts for A/C problems from now on. Thank you guys!
