OPI Fayetteville staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean and plenty of parking. Front desk staff are kind and welcoming. Staff are efficient and highly competent. Staff are caring and friendly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The environment is very clean too. The CT scanner and nurse are professional. The front desk sign in is smooth. They explained everything and Calmed any concerns. Results are delivered swiftly to the PCP. Wait time can be zero. My MRI was comfortable. Experience is smooth and comfortable. Location is nice. Recommend OPI Fayetteville.
As always, it was a good experience. Everyone was very professional and took good care of me. They also took in consideration my uncomfortableness in doing the procedure. I couldn’t have been more satisfied.
The x-ray technician was a superstar. She made my x-rays simple and effective. The receptionist (the young lady) was so distant and cold, she didn’t seem very friendly at all., but the other lady on the way out the senior citizen like myself was also very friendly and she’s a great employee.
Outpatient Imagining Fayetteville has been a blessing to me. They were courteous and professional this and other times when I utilized their services. I would like to say thanks to everyone there. God bless y'all.
