Brought a family member here early around 8 am. Wasn't too crowded - the triage nurses weren't to friendly but they were efficient. Once we got back our nurse explained everything and was very attentive. The Dr they came took her time listened and throughly examined my family member. Promptly got meds , X-rays lab work and a diagnosis with prescriptions. I did go to the cafeteria it wasn't that big , they had the hot bar . Salad bar and plenty of snacks. It wasn't bad. I am happy with the care I old return
I recently had a procedure done in Surgical Unit in Piedmont. Being from another city, and not knowing much about the hospital had me nervous. I had the opportunity to meet and be cared for by a Nurse whose first name is Shelby(PACU) that was so kind and caring that she had me completely at ease. I would like to express my complete gratitude for Shelby. Grateful are the doers. Thanks to her Supervisor Terry for having an employees that are as compassionate and caring as the ones on her Team. Thanks, and highly appreciative of the care.
I had a recent ultrasound and everything from registering to the actual procedure went smooth and in a timely manner.Brendalynn (spelling!), my tech, was very professional yet personable and made the experience less worrisome and move along in a very timely manner!Mahalo again for everything.
