But on Monday, Annie had a dental emergency. I called Dr. Hughes and she took care of getting medicine and making her comfortable until she could see us first thing Tuesday morning. We usually see Dr. Bates, who is equally as amazing. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, Southern Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is the absolute best. “We’ve been going here for years and never had a problem, always been happy with the service. But today someone went above and beyond. I wish I would’ve got her name but she was the one doing my son’s braces. I have an 18 month old son too who I had to take with me to the appointment. She was so accommodating and welcoming to my baby. She let him in the room the whole time with me. Not only him of course but my teenager who was getting the braces. She put him at ease and made him very comfortable as she talked him through the process. I appreciate people like her and need more.“

Unfortunately, we have a dental insurance company that doesn't want to pay what the average insurance company pays, so he no longer accepts our insurance. Completely understanding!

We tried a couple of other dentists in the area, but were not happy. We returned to Dr. Scott and the Greenbrier staff and won't be leaving again! We will just pay what the insurance doesn't cover.
