Tucker and Chris arrived on time, patiently listened to our concerns about previous plumbing work done incorrectly, then discussed our options. They worked diligently and left the work area clean. The plumber who worked with our builder, six years ago, used a shark bite connector to join city water service to the plumbing in the house. Recently, this failed and I had a big mess under my house and in the yard. I called on Jeremy on Thursday afternoon and Tucker came early Friday afternoon. I think this was very quick for a non-emergency situation. The leak was about three feet away from the house but covered by a large rock and prayer bench. Before I knew it, an excavator had arrived, removed the obstacles and the repair was completed in less than three hours total.
