Had Dependable Plumbing come out to the house for a septic tank issue. John's son and future son-law found the issue and repaired it. Two of the most respectful and professional young men I have met. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, John called me and set up the time when they would arrive, and they were right on time. We recently purchased a home in Ellijay, Georgia and were recommended to Dependable Plumbing, and we are very glad we called them. We needed a new hot water heater installed as well as repair work on one of the faucets in our master bathroom that had poor water flow.
The hot water heater replacement was completed without issue, and when it was discovered that a part needed to be ordered for the faucet repair, we were told they would follow up once it arrived. True to their word, they handled everything exactly as promised. We did not have to chase anyone down or repeatedly follow up—they reached out to us directly and kept us informed throughout the process.
