Dustin came today for our first service. He was on time and very professional. He also spotted a couple of important items as my unit is in the attic over the garage that I was un aware of. We have him set on an annual basis for maintenance. We lso had him install the ultra blue light for air purification.

I made a note to call Dustin for a tune-up. I was having work done and all of a sudden Dustin appears. He was in the neighborhood and stop to see if all was ok and remind me it was tune-up time. Talk about perfect timing and taking care of their customer. Dustin does a great job. Thanks.

Once again the customer service from Dustin of Pearson Heating & Air was excellent! Dustin gave a clear explanation of the problem and had the house cooling in record time. He was also very personable and patient with our visiting family. I call that above and beyond service.Thank you Dustin!
