Our AC had stopped working properly, and even though we called after hours, the person answering the phones was extremely prompt and got us on the schedule for the very next day. We received a text notification and a heads-up call 20–30 minutes before our technician arrived, which was super helpful.
Zach, our technician, was fantastic. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Within an hour, he had everything fixed and running smoothly again. We really appreciated his honesty in explaining the current status of our aging unit and what to expect going forward. The service fee was also very reasonable.

I was visiting family in ellijay and their ac went out.They called Climatrol to check it out.I was the nosey annoying person looking over the technicians shoulder.The tech David was very meticulous and efficient.I was impressed and how he skipped no steps evaluating the issue.I have been an hvac tech for 20 years and had no diagnostic tools with me.The tech was honest and the price fair.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!
