Superb service! Friendly, Affordable, Knowledgeable, great customer service, and Timely. They have maintained our unit twice a year for the last 16+yrs, to insure it runs smoothly through the seasons. Only had it act up twice, to which we required repair service visit and the response was quick.

I recently had an issue with my Generac and needed a service. So when I tell you I made the right decision calling Associated Air. They set me up with a next day appointment. Our service technician BJ showed up on time and fixed the issue on the spot. He was so informative and very friendly. It’s not always easy allowing strangers in your home. But if you need service I totally recommend them. I will not use anyone else.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Associated Air . we noticed our HVAC system was freezing up on the outside so we called Associated Air and they got us right in and had someone come look at it and determined it was a sensor going out so they had it ordered and in a few days came back out and put it in. Great folks highly recommend
