I just wanted to thank R&l and particulàrly Benjamin, the man that came and delivered my package! He was courteous, kind and super helpful. I'm a US vet and in a wheelchair. I also have a long driveway that he had to navigate.I am so thankful for the extra effort. He put in so I could get the package into my house. .
I spoke to dispatch to get two large parcels picked up before we close at 3pm. It is always difficult for carriers because we have an early close time and pick ups are usually done in the afternoons.They had a truck here in less than 30 minutes. VERY GOOD DISPATCH GUY! I will tell him myself, the next time I speak to him. Good job, R+L! We will use you guys again!
This will probably not be the review that anyone will write home about, but I feel that it's necessary to get some perspective. There are jobs, and then there are professions. This seriously started as a job for me, I believed that this would just be a way station between what I was doing and the next best thing. Boy! Was I absolutely wrong!? I have never been so wrong in my life, and to have been so happy to be wrong at the same time. I am well on my way to my third anniversary with the company, and I am blessed to work with some pretty insanely driven professionals. The attention to detail and the quality of work is astounding.
