“My experience was very, very positive. The store was able to fix my phone, same-day. When I noticed my phone was still having some issues the following day, I was able to bring it in and it was fixed with no issue. I had a great experience in the store and the the owner has great customer service. My only recommendation to clients is to bring him your list of problems up-front. If he doesn't know something is broken, it can't be fixed. I definitely plan to go back and be more prepared by writing down my issues so he can help solve them.“
