My first experience was wonderful with Kiki. I let her know I really wanted alot of my hair cut off to get rid of a lot of fairy knots and split ends to get my hair back healthy so that my afro could be back fabulous. My biggest concern was how my hair was going to manipulated during the wash and shampoo since I have a tight curl pattern. There were no worries to be had at all. Kiki was extra gentle, no ripping. I got steam hydration and protein treatment. She did my first silk press ever and showed me how much she was cutting and why. Keisha, was everything! I came in knowing I had severely damaged hair due to being sick and on certain medications ? making it fall out. She advised me but never pressured me into anything. I felt sooo comfortable with her untimely I told her to do whatever she felt my hair needed. I received a haircut, 2 step protein treatment, followed by a moisturizing shampoo/ condition, and a hydration treatment. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, it’s very different from what I’m used to but I love it.
