Primecare Home Care Services, Inc. was founded by Caleb Flournoy, whose grandmother Lena D. Baker needed extra assistance at home due to mild dementia and vision problems. Recognizing the need, Caleb's mother Barbara decided to relocate Lena to Milledgeville, Georgia to provide more watchful oversight of her care.

Primecare Caregiver Services was awesome for my mom and myself. When in need of advice and the right people to talk to they were always there to serve. Though she transition on September 26. 2023 I would recommend anyone who is caring for a love one to call. Thanks
