I received a call from Mr. Bush (owner) this morning. He explained the situation and said the problem will be rectified.
He understood my feelings and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I couldn't have asked for more. So because he had empathy, humor and was just plain honest, I felt I had to update my story as soon as possible so people reading my review would know that things happen and owners of businesses get it and will reach out and help.
He also is putting me in touch with one that understands Medicaid to ensure my mom is getting everything she needs.

Joey from Step Above Home Care Agency is helping me with home care services for myparents. He went above and beyond to help our family. Joey is very helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and walking me through the process which is new to me. l am so grateful for Wonderful people like Joey who makes a difference in the world by helping families in time of need.
