Joey from Step Above Home Care Agency is helping me with home care services for myparents. He went above and beyond to help our family. Joey is very helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and walking me through the process which is new to me. l am so grateful for Wonderful people like Joey who makes a difference in the world by helping families in time of need. If I could give this company all the STARS in the sky I would!!!!! My mom has been living with Dementia since 2016 and it has definitely progressed a great deal since I have been been her Caregiver.TODAY I called A STEP ABIVE around 11:30 am. I spoke with Joey, explained to him my dilemma, I explained I needed more hours so that my mom will be safe while I worked my weekend job, I am a Nurse and you know how demanding our jobs can be. . Jerika Selph is my Saving Grace!! Without her I don't know what I would have done or even if I would have been able to understand the waiver process. She is truly an asset to not only me but to this agency and the State of New Mexico.
