The staff, especially Tim, receives praise for their excellent customer service. With reasonable prices and skilled technicians, it has become the go-to place for many who want cute nails and a pleasant experience.
Two stars bc they tried to correct the issue. My mom came here for a basic polish. The price was $18. My mom card only covered $17. So the lady agreed to that price. Later on my mom checked her card and she was overdrawn bc they charged her $25. So we went back and they pulled out a bag and checked the receipt and talked in their language and they ended up giving my mom $8 cash. During that time the lady was bothered by us coming back and said she didn’t leave a tip so should’ve expected a higher charge 😳 lady was wrong for that. And why would we tip a thief?? I wouldn't recommend. They over charge and the quality of work was amateur. Looks like I haven't even got my nails did. I have them two stars because they were at least friendly.
I came here to get my nails off. I waited for an hour to be serviced. I was over it and just wanted to leave after she said I was done. Acrylic is still on my nails. You can tell from the spots on my nails. Anyway.. its $15 for Acrylic removal not a bad price
