Besides the extremely long wait I had to literally sit in cold water with no soap or jet bubbles all while she stopped my toes to go do someone else impatient lashes . I’m clearly paying more. But whatever I just found it very rude .. total time 3.5 hours. I only got a pedicure
the designs are cute but your nails are not safe. some of them can’t build acrylic, product burns and leave monomer all over your hands. and they protect each other when you come back for any reason. they’ll act like they don’t know who did what service on you. the lady ended up yelling at me we don’t have any policies in place for fixes (I had needed to come back 2 days later because my uneven acrylic had broken off) anyways. typical Cleveland chop shop asians that talk about you in their language…
I went to get a simple gel manicure and the service I received was well below satisfactory. The nail tech did a horrible job, so bad that my nails were filed uneven and gel was peeling the next day. She also had a yellow stain on her gloves, which seeped into my polish making my nail yellow. I returned 2 days later to have them redone in which the manager was kind enough to do fix my nails, and the results were a little better. However, my nail later split 2 days later causing great pain. I have a normal nail spot but was short on time so I gave them a chance…but NEVER again.
