“Woke up to toilet in hall bathroom that suddenly appeared to be backed up last week. Used plunger to try to unblock the toilet, but that didn't work, water just kept rising. Then realized that sewer drain line in basement was leaking and that toilet in other bathroom wasn't working properly. Reached out to two companies that couldn't send technician out until next day. Called Roto-Rooter on third try, and they sent out technician within 45 minutes! Shortly after technician arrived, his supervisor showed up. While technician cleared out sewer drain through the water clean-out, supervisor ran camera through line. Blockage in sewer drain line was quickly cleared and toilets were back up and running! What a relief! A plus is that the camera video showed that drain line running from house to street was damaged due to age and tree roots and would need full replacement. Can't do that now, but at least I know what needs to be done to ensure no more issues down the road!”
