“I had a great experience with Stellar Roofing and Solar. When I saw their ad on Facebook, I was so excited to see a black owned roofing company. I met with a representative Ted, and he was so easy to talk to. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was so nice, informative, and patient. It felt like he was a family friend afterwards. I had my roof replaced in August. I paid out of pocket for my roof since based on the age of the roof, the I would have gotten only about $1000 after the deductible. I wasn’t home when they came to install however, I reviewed my ring here and there. The group of guys worked so cohesively together and someone was there to manage the install. They cleaned everything and it seemed like everything from the beginning to the end was very coordinated and flawless. I noticed that the cornices on the front of my townhouse was not replaced and I spoke with Ted and he had guys out within a few days to complete it. I was and am pleased with the work would definitely recommend them. I am so proud to have been able to get my roof replaced by a black owned company. On another note: I feel disappointed right now because I see ads that Stellar has posted stating a roof replacement for $7995 on a 4500 sft home. I wonder why a roof on a 1646 sqft home was $6400. This doesn’t take away from my satisfaction with the work and the customer service. However, I don’t like feeling like I was overcharged based on the post that I have seen lately.“

“I had some shingles that recently came off my roof from the storms we had. Gave these guys a call and they came out right away to assess what I needed done, quoted me a great price which was 1/4 of what one of the big companies gave me. They took a sample of my shingles that had fallen off and had to drive across town to find a match. They did a great job same day and my roof looks like it never had any issues.“

“I had a branch fall on my roof during hurricane Helene and punch a few holes in my roof which resulted in a lot of damage both outside and inside my house. Dirk and his crew were at my house that afternoon putting up a huge tarp that worked flawlessly until the roof was installed. They worked with my insurance company as much as possible to get my roof repaired properly no matter how sorry my insurance company was and how little they wanted to do for me. Ryno made everything happen properly. Then after they repaired my roof the insurance company dragged their feet sending me the checks they owed and Dirk was more than patient and never got upset one time about how long it took to get paid. “Lee and Luis were great and I would definitely recommend.

I'm a new home owner and had a issue come up with one of our gutters and facia board becoming detached from the rafters of the house. Resulting in a open gap to our attic and the outside, plus when it rained the gutters would sag. This happened on a saturday late afternoon, the next day was mothers day and rain was coming. I researched and all the other companies were closed but Lee answered right away and we talked through it. Even better Luis was there to inspect like an hour later. I was so pumped they were so responsive. The estimate came in a day later which was fair compared to others and Luis was out the next day for the repair. It turned out great and they really helped me out of a tough spot. If this gutter came off my roof it would have caused so much more damage and would have been a nightmare. Because they were so quick it stopped this from becoming a much bigger issue.

Lee's service was awesome. He was always responsive and even personally came out to see the work and introduce himself. Also I wanted a return visit for a part of the repair and Lee could not have been nicer about it. Insisting they come back immediately at no charge. I can tell Lee and team are playing the long game to build up a good reputation rather than quick one offs. Thank you guys!“
