I used Bell Roofing in spring 2026. I got quotes from several companies and they were all around the same price. But we went with Bell Roofing because we felt like they created the most thorough plan that met our needs and had the best warranty. The office team is great with facilitating information exchange. The sales person knows his stuff and even provided addresses of homes we could look at with the color roof we were considering. The installation team worked hard and were nice people. The roof looks great!
I have used Ricardo and the Bell Team on at least 5 projects and they are the only roof company and my vendor list. Projects completed include- complete new roof on 1896 7k sqft victorian in Inman Park, roof repair on several rental houses, recently completed large flat roof project on a 6 unit townhouse (price about $110k, 2 other quotes were north of $120k w way less detail and knowledge).
