Daniel was my advisor and walked me through the entire process of getting my roof replaced. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions that I had. Sonja in the front office was also extremely helpful. The contractors did a great job on my roof. The only issue that I ran into was that the roof was not complete in one day like I was told and I had to inquire on the completion They did come back the next morning to finish everything up. Overall I would still recommend this company because of the great customer service and job done on my roof.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Improve-It did a fantastic job on my roof. And, completely cleaned up after themselves, afterwards.Since then, a fantastic employee named Sonya provided exactly the service that I urgently needed with efficiency and competence and kindness.Nearly one year later, it's comforting to realize that using IMPROVE-IT was the best decision I could have made. Stephon C. and Valentin S., did a great job explaining all that would be done and needed to be done. All those I spoke with and came in contact with, did a great job, in a timely manner. They worked very well together as a team. Cleaned up the area after themselves really well.Thanks so much ??
