Ryan, Jovan and Trevor were polite and courteous. We explained what happened they went to work. They shared the processes from beginning to end for each visit that was made to our home. We’re pleased with the progression drying our floors.
Had some water damage from my upstairs shower that leaked into my downstairs laundry room. Ryan, my project manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in telling what needed to get done and how to get started. Trevor came in on the last day and caught the water damage in the laundry room that the other contractors hadn’t initially seen. Trevor removed the baseboards in the laundry room and sprayed a solution to ensure the discoloration we found would not become mold. Would have appreciated this to have been caught when work initially began but I am grateful that Trevor found it in the end.
