“A large tree fell across our yard on Monday. I phoned ATL Tree Work and Ervin came over within two hours. He returned on Tuesday to see what work the county had done overnight and sent me an estimate for his work which I thought very reasonable and competitive under the circumstances. The crew arrived at 7:00 am Wednesday morning and completed cutting up and hauling away all the debris that the county had piled onto our yard and across the street neighbor within two hours. “I've used AKA Tree Service twice: 2020 and 2021. I wouldn't have given them my repeat business if I hadn't had an excellent experience with them on the first job. That was to remove a dead tree and some other smaller ones that were in the way of that tree falling. Clean-up was so good, you couldn't tell they had removed as many trees as they did. The second job was more traditional, except that one lone large pine straddled my neighbor's and my yards. My fence curved around that tree but I wanted it removed, since it was so threatening to both of us. With agreement from my neighbor and removal/reinstallation of a section of my fence to allow the falling of the pine, the trees were removed. Again, clean-up was immaculate. If I had any large trees remaining in my backyard to be removed, I would gladly call AKA (Bryan Edwards) again.A lot depends upon the person you meet to discuss the job. This review would not be complete without mentioning that Bryan was honest and reliable to his word. Today, it's so hard to find someone you can trust. Bryan is trustworthy.“

“Julio and his team did a great job on leveling my backyard, putting in a retaining wall, and laying new sod. He was very thorough, explained all of my options, was always available for questions when I texted him, and even met with my neighbor to explain to him what we were doing and ask if he could access my yard through the neighbors yard.I was out of town for a week in the middle of the project on vacation, and Julio would text me and send me pictures.We ran into an unexpected sprinkler system that I didn't even know I had. Julio worked with me on a good price to re-run and connect it to the main sprinkler system so I would be able to water it on a timer with the rest of the house. I wasn't expecting to have a sprinkler system down there, but glad it all worked out the way it did.The project has been complete for about 3 weeks, and Julio just texted me that he came by, there were a couple patches of sod that didn't appear to be coming in, and if they didn't come up in a couple weeks, he was going to bring some new sod by and patch it. I didn't even ask him, he just did that himself because he really tries hard at having great customer service.I will be hiring these guys again when I am ready to replace my fence, and would recommend talking to them about any outdoor project, as they seem to do a lot of different things.“
