“Julio and his team did a great job on leveling my backyard, putting in a retaining wall, and laying new sod. He was very thorough, explained all of my options, was always available for questions when I texted him, and even met with my neighbor to explain to him what we were doing and ask if he could access my yard through the neighbors yard.I was out of town for a week in the middle of the project on vacation, and Julio would text me and send me pictures.We ran into an unexpected sprinkler system that I didn't even know I had. Julio worked with me on a good price to re-run and connect it to the main sprinkler system so I would be able to water it on a timer with the rest of the house. I wasn't expecting to have a sprinkler system down there, but glad it all worked out the way it did.The project has been complete for about 3 weeks, and Julio just texted me that he came by, there were a couple patches of sod that didn't appear to be coming in, and if they didn't come up in a couple weeks, he was going to bring some new sod by and patch it. I didn't even ask him, he just did that himself because he really tries hard at having great customer service.I will be hiring these guys again when I am ready to replace my fence, and would recommend talking to them about any outdoor project, as they seem to do a lot of different things.“

“Had a large, dead tree that needed to be removed. Was dropping big pieces of branches every time the wind blew. Tree was about 60 feet tall. Kyle, arrived excatly when he said he would with the Spider bucket machine. He had the tree down in less than half an hour, & then cleaned up as if he had never been there.

“ArborForce had 4 people on our property for 2 days cutting down 7 trees. One of the trees was at least 40 feet high, and 3 feet wide. They cut the threes with great precision, and there was no damage to people, property or near by trees. They cleaned up the site really well. The crew were quiet, respectful, and kind. “Avalon Trees Service did a fantastic job at my house. I had two big pines come down in a storm and the top off another tree. They came out and amazingly got equipment up the hill that I thought would never be able to get up the hill. Talk about skill! Wow! They also cleaned up a lot of underbrush and threw in some branch removal on my driveway. I’m just so pleased. This seems like my best decision all year. I really do recommend them. They do what they say they’re going to do and show up on time. They had two crews working on my job and were done in 2.5 hours.“

Ervin was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate when I noticed I had a large broken branch resting on my electric service line. He explained the work and the costs and gave me several options on additional work.
Once I decided to move forward with it, he was able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days.

The crew that did the work was great. They were professional, and took care not to damage either the electric service or my cable internet lines that were running through the trees and branches they were removing.
They also park their equipment on the road and use a small picker to move branches to the chipper, to ensure that they do not damage driveways or lawns.

I will be calling these guys back for more tree work in the future.

“I've been using Teran Tree experts for about 16 years and they never fail to amaze at how good they are at this. This last go around they removed 6 large pines and a huge Elm tree. Some of these were in tight spots. But they efficiently removed all without causing any damage to the surrounding bushes. They also do a great job at cleaning up before leaving. For the first time, I used their stump grinder service. Fernando did an amazing job! He removed 14 stumps, again, some of them in very tight spots. Yet he figured out how to manuever the tractor to position the grinder in just the right way everytime. Very impressive!
