“The storm split my beautiful and cherished plum tree in the front yard yesterday evening. Half of it across the yard, the other half very close to my home. It was so reassuring to have a person (not an automated messenger, text relay, or chat bot) actually answer the phone, take in details of my concern, and the owner show up for the estimate WITHIN THE HOUR! After assessing my situation, he gave a great estimate with an action plan. My tree was cut down, all the limbs removed and debris from mine and my neighbors yards was blown, raked, and cleared within two hours of the initial assessment…and before the high winds blew in for the evening. “I've used AKA Tree Service twice: 2020 and 2021. I wouldn't have given them my repeat business if I hadn't had an excellent experience with them on the first job. That was to remove a dead tree and some other smaller ones that were in the way of that tree falling. Clean-up was so good, you couldn't tell they had removed as many trees as they did. The second job was more traditional, except that one lone large pine straddled my neighbor's and my yards. My fence curved around that tree but I wanted it removed, since it was so threatening to both of us. With agreement from my neighbor and removal/reinstallation of a section of my fence to allow the falling of the pine, the trees were removed. Again, clean-up was immaculate. If I had any large trees remaining in my backyard to be removed, I would gladly call AKA (Bryan Edwards) again.A lot depends upon the person you meet to discuss the job. This review would not be complete without mentioning that Bryan was honest and reliable to his word. Today, it's so hard to find someone you can trust. Bryan is trustworthy.“
