I needed a specialty key cut the same day and Ken worked with me on getting it done the same day. He provided a reasonable price as well as an extra key just to make sure it worked. He can copy 99% of keys. I will always get my keys copied at Kens Duluth lock & key from now on. Seriously best in the business and great person to work with.
Kenn did a great job on installing new locks for me. He was careful, cordial, and ensured that I had no issues locking and unlocking. Will use again if needed!Service: Installation
Ken tried to help me to do it myself before having an appointment. That kind of honesty and service doesn’t come around too much these days! I’m usually pretty handy, but when I couldn’t do it myself he came within a couple hours, installed a new lock for me and fixed my door so it would close properly too!
