Called Duluth Locksmith for my front door, John responded right away and I shared photos of my current lock and deadbolt. He walked through options of re-keying or going brand new, wasn’t pushy or trying to sell anything. I decided to go new with wifi / app technology. Little scary because I’m older but John helped me get the app setup on my phone and was patient to make sure everything was working. Highly recommend - good pricing, very punctual and answered every question.
