The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Carmichael was very easy to talk to and I felt that she really understood what I was concerned about and what I wanted from my visit. The exam was easy and not NEARLY as uncomfortable as other offices have been in the past. The only thing I did not like is that I had to pay for parking for my visit. Other than that I plan to go back.
I had to find a new provider because I recently moved to Georgia and am so happy I found Dr. Johnson at Total Women's Health. Every step of my annual exam was clearly communicated and with minimal wait time. Dr. Johnson and her team are professional and have a kind and patient bedside manner. If you're new to the area or are thinking about switching providers, I highly recommend Total Women's Health & Wellness Center.
The office staff is very professional. Dr. Carmichael is the Beat . She keeps you updated on your wellness, explains every step of procedure and she’s the only provider that still washes her hands before and after any care performed. I do not see that too often. She’s the best! I love this office and staff involved in my care.
