Sullivan Homes built a home of exceptional quality on a very challenging lot in Decatur, GA. He employed a team of experts in every element of the project, which required significant engineering and landscape design. His local knowledge of the city code and familiarity with local officials were invaluable. After living in the home for one year, we haven’t had any problems and are very happy with our home.Service: Project management

I photograph a lot of homes in the metro Atlanta area and I worked as a construction supervisor for a while. One thing I notice about Sullivan Homes when I was hired to photograph a few homes for them is that they are very, very detailed in the craftsmanship. Having been a former construction supervisor, there are many small details that could go unnoticed. From the perfect paint lines on trim to nice details and quality in the finishes chosen. These guys really do a nice job.
