From the front staff to Tina getting us to the back and Colleen getting us the answers that we need this place was awesome with spectacular patient care! The wait was not extra long! Thank you all for all your hard work!

Scheduled online in advance so check in was very smooth. Staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and comfortable.

As I start my review, I want to mention that I worked urgent care for 4 years. I believe and striving for excellence. I'm a medical lab tech and have a limited license and x-ray. So I hope you'll consider this review with a greater understanding and weight it with those credentials.
I did the online check-in and it went very smoothly. From there I was greeted by China who did my initial assessment and vitals. She has so much compassion, professionalism and reassurance while providing an explanation of how they could help me.
My provider was Collen MCCaw. I was hesitant in sharing all the reasons for this visit because you can often feel judged. These two ladies not only comforted me but brought me reassurance that I haven't received in the medical community for the same condition. I could share exactly what it is but let me just say this. If you have anything that you're fearful to share or you have never spoken to anybody about this would be the place to come. It is a safe place to be treated.
At the end of my visit, the office Manager Zorona ended my visit with asking if I needed anything else and administered what is typical a painful injection in a way that wasn't! She is brilliant.
Overall, the level of professionalism and kindness in this office is what we used to have before corporates took over. I don't even want to leave:) It feel safe and assuring!

Horrible experience. This was my second visit to this urgent care, and unfortunately, it was the worst. Making the appointment was easy, but that’s where the positives ended. I waited for almost two hours while watching people who arrived after me be seen and leave. When I asked the front desk for clarification, they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than providing any assistance or explanation.
The intake staff member was decent and professional—she was the one who actually did the flu swab. The doctor only came in to tell me I tested positive for the flu and prescribed one medication, while openly stating that it might not even help but that I could “try it anyway.” I left feeling dismissed. I didn’t come to urgent care just to be told I had the flu—I could have taken a home test for that. I was essentially sent home with instructions to rest and nothing more.
The lack of empathy was shocking. I truly felt unheard and uncared for. To make matters worse, my prescription was never called into my pharmacy, despite being asked for my pharmacy information three separate times. I ultimately had to send my daughter to physically drop it off. What was the point of asking for my pharmacy at all?
Overall, this visit felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this urgent care based on my experience.

Best and cleanest urgent care I’ve been to! And the waiting wasn’t long since we made a pre booked appt online, I highly recommend them!
