I've been going to this facility for years. Ever since they got new doctors it has not been the same. And the new answering service SUCKS! I called to schedule an annual (OBGYN and physical) visit. My appt. was at 12:30. After checking and sitting there for 15 minutes, the receptionist said that I would have to reschedule because the doctor went to lunch. She asked if I could come back at 2pm, which I did. I got there and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. RUN!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Upon arrival the receptionist was so busy watching love Island. She didn’t even know I was standing there. Finally after 30 minutes I had to ask how long the wait was . The building smelled like old mop water and mold . My name was finally called the nurse asked why I was there I said a yearly check up She proceeds to let me know that I’m down for new patient enrollment (whatever that is) In front of me and other patients, the doctor let them know. She can’t do that because none of her equipment works. Run I repeat run away from this place!
