I absolutely love Momentum Sports in Decatur… My entire family have been going for personal training as well as our boys go for athletic training ( football)… I can appreciate a clean facility, Owners of business who are courteous, quality customer service, and honestly just making sure our family gets everything we need‼️ I highly recommend anyone in Decatur or surrounding area to come visit whether you need physical therapy, personal trainer. Or sports performance, they are great owners and have a great staff. Very Professional…
My first experience with Yoga was at Momentum, the owner made sure the room had a wonderful aroma and felt relaxing, they had it set up Perfect. The owner also found a Yoga instructor that was excellent for beginners as well as advanced Yogi’s. The facility is Clean, the staff is Professional. They offer sports training, rehab services and several other services.
