This was my 1st time using Mobile Mechanic 24/7. I work from home and didn't want to spend my day in a shop. This was the 3rd Mobile Mechanic business I researched and decided to "go on faith" with them because the reviews were consistent. Within a day through texts- I received my quote and booked my Tune Up. Kyle- the Owner was a pleasure to work with. I have a 2011 Dodge Charger and the battery completely died. I didn't feel like having the car towed so I decided to use a mobile mechanic. I was a little scepticle because mobile mechanics don't have a great reputation. I called early afternoon around 12:30, and no one answered. The voice mail said to text. I texted and got a response within 10 minutes. The mechanic agreed to come around 4. He didn't get there until 8. However, he did text to tell me he was still coming.
