Horrible.. they give you a case manager that knows nothing.. u never speak to a real attorney, but your being billed crazy prices for basically nothing. A case manager sends all the hospital bills in with a demand letter a they take over half your money. I don’t even know how many lawyers are in that office an never was told my lawyer name until I asked after 6 months..
