Liz is a very talented massage therapist with specific expertise in lymphatic drainage massage and other modalities. Her technique is gentle but very effective in restoring the body’s natural balance/ processes. Her technique is relaxing as well as effective and health-restoring. She is also a joy to spend time with! I’m booking a package of massages with her. She’s awesome!
Liz is very talented and did a tremendous job helping to resolve my inflammation issues with her lymphatic massage. Icing on the cake, the massage was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend Liz
Currently at a loss for words - “amazing” does not cut it. Perhaps, “might take you to the gates of nirvana”?
Suffering from chronic stress (the kind that permanently places your shoulders at your ears) and other sport-related injuries, I have seen massage therapists in the past. I relate those experiences with the word “dough” - the kind that’s pummeled and thrown against the table. Liz, on the other hand, truly listens to your needs, focuses her hands to the problem areas, and reshapes/sculpts your body - I never knew my shoulders could be so open!
