The Intown Craftsmen team was very professional, easy to work with, and responsive to anything we asked. The crew was also very neat and orderly - there were no messes at the end of the day (which is always a bonus when you are living in a reno space) and they completed the work a few days earlier than we expected. Would highly recommend for a bathroom/laundry room reno or update!

We had an unfinished, oddly laid out basement (~750 sq ft) that we received 4 quotes for. Our house was built in 1930 on granite foundation, so this was not a very straightforward project. No one came in with the ideas that they did. Their initial design hit every single point we had envisioned without having to allocate major design dollars. I am sure there are firms that can do what they do, but the price would be 2-3x what they charged.
When it came time to build, they kept in clear communication throughout the process. We had a direct line to our Project Manager, Designer, and their Leadership at all times. We came away truly impressed by the experience... read full review

Intown is great overall. The core team is so pleasant to work with--Andrea, Gabrielle, Ben, Russ, Marcelo were all so incredibly kind and willing to try to make anything we wanted possible. They are also pretty quick to begin work and once it starts, the pace is swift. There were some little hiccups with the construction crew and installing our doors but Intown would come back however many times they needed to to make sure it was finally fixed. Andrea was very responsive if there was an issue and Gabrielle is the absolute sweetest. We were referred by my brother in law who is using them again on his new house. Would recommend Intown.
