Joel was an absolutely amazing inspector! He was very knowledgeable, took his time, was extremely thorough, and answered a ton of questions that I had. He saved me from buying a house that was a total money pit! I cannot recommend Home Probe, and specially Joel, enough! I will certainly be coming back for my next home inspection.

The inspector was competent, thorough, and friendly. His report was comprehensive. It highlighted a couple of things that needed to be addressed. The seller agreed to fix the items. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

We used Home-Probe as the inspector during a recent home purchase. Jose Gonzales was the inspector, and did an outstanding job. He did a thorough review of the house, resulting in a comprehensive inspection report. The report listed issues by category and included photos to illustrate the issue. He also graded each area by severity. Jose also spent time with me on-site to summarize what he found and to answer any questions that I had. It was truly a top-notch experience. I would gladly use Home-Probe again.
