I had a great experience at Gynecology & Obstetrics of Dekalb. The staff is welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone from intake, to vitals, the examination and billing is top tier. I love the lady with the funky eyewear. I always enjoy her and her amazing glasses. She gets everything IN ORDER. She's the epitome of efficiency. Keisha ALWAYS has a huge smile and friendly disposition upon arrival. Today, I experienced a new physician, Dr. Pham. I felt heard. She answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. What a great addition to the staff! I highly recommend thier office.
I’ll try the Stone Mountain office. The lady at the desk in the Decatur office with the short grey hair cut is not friendly. It seems that she is annoyed by HER JOB of having to help you. Plus the waiting room smells and the carpet is dirty. Not very inviting at all.
I had an excellent visit! I came for my first Pap smear with Dr. Genesis Bowens. She was incredible and talked me through the whole process. It took all of 30 seconds. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and seen. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.
