I have been taking my mother and sister to this salon. Genesis does a great job with hair treatments and shampooing and conditioning.I give her 5 star every time.

Good customer service, and environment, but $150 for a root touch up, trim, then press and curl, that Didn't stay curled a day later, is a No Go! Prices are not transparent, so if you don't ask you get sticker shock. I had not been in a while, so she didn't remember what I paid last time. Goal, moving forward, Schedule ahead of time for my normal stylist. So coming here was just convenient, in spite of the long wait. But at $150, I could've had hair added to my own hair. WoW!! That stuck with me for days..Never paid that much, and still trying to figure out the breakdown.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly understand your hair needs. They handled my hair with care and expertise, and the results were flawless—silky, smooth, and full of life. You can tell they take pride in their work and are passionate about what they do. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The timing was efficient, but they never rushed the process, which I appreciated. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and i always have the BEST SERVICES I told Ms. Genesis that my birthday was the next day (1/30♒️) and didn’t know what i wanted she did a AMAZING JOB!!! I got sooo many compliments 🥰 my curls stayed the WHOLE DAY!🥰 best services I never have no problems here 1000/10
