Used to go to their Stonecrest location, but that location is now closed. This was my first time at their Candler Rd location. I still saw the same familiar faces. They are quick and did an excellent job with my braids.
I don't care what no one says, RAMA is the best braider in the shop. She's fast and neat as well as super nice. Her partner that helps her braid is also the best. She accommodates to whatever your situation is. The only this is no credit cards or debit cards. Either cash app zelle or cash. But other than that. They are clean, professional, and funny. I love them so much. Great job ladies!!!
The experience was the experience. I've come to the realization that there will be tons of talking over your head (loudly) when visiting an African braiding shop. The 2 stars are for the quality of hair used. I asked for human wet/wavy and what I got was human like wavy and knotty hair. The quality of this hair is horrible. It is very knotty and tangles A LOT. This shop has been around for years and the quality of hair used to be better. I think it's time to find a braider that gives you what you ask for.
