I called for a same day appointment for my granddaughter. They were able to accommodate me, gave me a phone call when they were within 30 minutes of finishing her hair and did an excellent job. I recommend them highly. Great customer service!

DISGUSTING! ATTITUDES AND ROACHES! . But BEFORE I get to the ROACH part ! called a DAY ahead of time to schedule an appointment for the next day to do a braided hairstyle that should have taken an hour to a half an hour to do but when I arrived she said that she forgot that she had another appointment and asked that I come back later that day, no worries, I returned later that afternoon and then AFTER I waited another hour or so she says oh well can my sister do it because she still had had a client. So I say yes, waited another 40 mins and then someone asks me if I needed services?! Huh?! And I'm like the stylist knows that I'm waiting, what's the problem... read full review

This is not the place in the Roses Big lots shopping center. IM sorry but this place is dirty and junky. shoes, clothes, towels, hair, crumbs everywhere. They were nice enough, but they need to clean up.
